Refund Policy

1. Overview

At InnoCanvas, we stand behind the quality of our Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available and how to request one. We aim to process all refund requests fairly and promptly.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment on any paid plan (Pro or Premium), provided that:

  • It is your first paid subscription on InnoCanvas (not a renewal or plan change)
  • You submit the refund request within 7 days of the original charge date
  • You have not exported more than 3 canvases during the period

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately. Any content created under the paid plan remains accessible on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limits.

3. Subscription Renewals

For automatically renewed subscriptions, we will issue a full refund of the renewal charge if:

  • You request the refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • You have not used any premium features since the renewal date

To avoid future unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. Partial & Pro-Rated Refunds

Outside of the 7-day guarantee window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A significant service outage (greater than 24 consecutive hours) that prevented you from using the Service
  • A billing error resulting in duplicate charges
  • A documented technical issue on our end that rendered core features unusable

Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis based on the unused portion of the subscription period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for voluntary plan downgrades.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day guarantee window (except renewals within 48 hours as described above)
  • Partial months after a subscription has been actively used
  • Plan upgrades (mid-cycle upgrade charges)
  • One-time add-on purchases, if applicable
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless stated otherwise in the promotion

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@innocanvas.site with the following information:

Transaction ID:Found in your payment confirmation email
Reason:A brief description of why you are requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

7. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund within 1–3 business days of approval
  • The refund will be returned to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve issues faster directly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and recovery of outstanding amounts.
